Fitness Fanatics

This week in Core English in class C we have been learning about sports and the importance of exercise. We’ve learned about different sports, including new and unusual sports like cliff diving.

In our Life Skills lesson we learned about the benefits of different types of exercise and listened to teenagers talk about the sports that they do. We then interviewed each other about the sports that we do.

And then students made their own fitness timetables and talked to each other about their fitness routines.

Students also working in pairs to research a sport that they are interested in and present it to the class. The other students then asked them questions and gave feedback, using two stars and a wish, on the presentations.

For many of the students it was the first time for them to make a Google Slides presentation and present it to an audience and they all did a great job. Well done class C!
