We are excited to share with you the details of the first annual Prem Ski Trip to Hakuba, Japan, scheduled for February of 2019. We have had many expressions of interest, and this letter is to formally communicate the details of the trip. It is also one last opportunity for students to indicate their interest if they have not done so previously.

Destination: Hakuba, Japan
Dates: February 16-24, 2019
Duration: 7 days / 6 nights

This company comes highly recommended by numerous Asian International Schools, they offer:

• Excellent, professional, friendly staff (chaperones).
• Safety as a priority (helmets must be worn at all times whilst on the piste).
• 24hr supervision for the children.
• Highly qualified Skier and Snowboard instructors.
• 4 Hrs tuition daily.
• Optional evening activity programme.
• Top quality, local rental of equipment.

Accommodation: Hotel Cultured

Cost: Approximately 120,000 thb

This includes: Return airfares to Japan, return connections to and from resort, bed, breakfast and evening meal (for 4 nights), fully qualified ski instruction (approx. 4 hours a day), rental of skis/poles/boots or boards, helmet rental, all lift passes, all land transport in Japan, full time counsellors, day trip to the Snow Monkeys.

Deposit: At this stage we are going to ask for a deposit of 20,000 baht by September 14th, to secure flights and pay our deposit with tour providers and hotel. We will require the remaining balance by the end of Term 1, October 12th. A more staggered payment plan can be arranged if requested.
