EY3 learning at the farm

The farm is an integral part of learning in the Junior School. Teachers collaborate with farm staff regularly through the year to plan hands-on learning experiences. Through inquiry and interactions with the farm staff, our children tackle big issues such as sustainability in fun and interesting ways.

On Tuesday this week, EY3 visited the farm to explore a variety of plants and animals. The children enjoyed smelling plants such as lemon and were also excited to see the chickens and tortoise.
