EY2 and 'Artswork'

This month, the children and teachers of EY2 worked with Anna Brown who is a lead developer and dance educator for Artswork.  During this time together, Anna led the group through learning and exploration of creativity in movement and mark making.  The children had opportunities to build on their fine motor and gross motor development through dance, yoga, and dramatic play.  They focused on different shapes and lines to explore low, medium, and high levels of movement.  These were great ways to develop coordination and balance, as well as work the core muscle strength of the body.
