Dear Students, Teachers, Parents, and Guardians,
Later this afternoon we will celebrate the closing of Term 1 of the 2017-2018 school year. This has been a memorable academic term and many important events have taken place. However, perhaps there was nothing more important for the school than the Visiting Team that came to assess our self-study against our on-site practices as a part of our reaccreditation process. The week was arduous, but we believe that we have made such progress in the last three years that we will be rewarded with an endorsement from each of our accreditation agencies.
Yet such approval will not mark the end of a process, rather it will foster an even greater sense of purpose to continue the systematic development of our school so that all learners in school, as well as those that will join us in the future, will find an exciting, challenging and supportive environment that is in complete harmony with our guiding statements.
I want to thank all members of our community for a wonderful academic term and to wish you a joyous and restful holiday. We look forward to welcoming you back to classes on Wednesday 1st November.
