Elephant Painting at the Colour Factory

On December 4 A. Duang and A. Gita took a group of students to the Colour Factory to paint elephants. The students arrived and settled in to design their painting in their mind with inspiration from the already painted elephants in the room. They started with a base coat color, used a hair dryer to dry the paint between coatings, and worked on their designs. As you can see we have talented artists!

The students said they liked the painting, looking at the painted elephants, and learning about why the center was founded. A baby elephant had been injured by a landmine and the owners wanted to find a way to help with the injuries. Now they continue to help elephants in need with the funds raised.
