Designing, Making and Experimenting in Grade 2

This week in Grade 2, we participated in the Egg Drop Challenge. Children spent time working independently developing and refining their models. We then went upstairs and dropped our models, each containing an egg.
By the time we had finished, there were many scrambled eggs, but a great time was had. Our next step is to identify what worked well, and what didn’t work so well, then working in groups and sharing ideas, the ultimate egg drop model will be developed!
