David Buck Oval Venue for World Cricket League Games

Khun Pirom and his team of groundsmen have been working non-stop to prepare the David Buck Oval for a fortnight of world class cricket activity. The hot dry days before the Songkran holiday followed by rain last week challenged their expertise to prepare the pitch for action but comments from the warm-up games held this week, have all been possitive.

It has been five years since Traidhos last hosted international men’s cricket and so there is a lot of excitement at the prospect of watching Bhutan, Thailand, Bahrain, China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar meet each other on the David Buck Oval over the coming days. Please see the schedule and come and enjoy world-class cricket in our own back garden!
