Cricket season has begun!

The Prem Junior Cricket team began with warm-up matches against Lamphun cricket club last weekend.  The match was devoted to the late David Buck who passed away suddenly this year and whose passion for the game helped inspire young Thai children around Chiang Mai.  David felt that through sport, children can learn many new skills, and cricket was a way for Prem to give back to the community.

Both Lamphun and Prem decided to mix the teams for the day and to enjoy the spirit of cricket as David would have wished it to be.  We look forward to many more games against local schools and clubs this season.
