CP Students - Koze Pop-Up Cafe

We have many wonderful student led service organisations at Prem supporting a range of causes. Local Prem Coffee, led by the Grade 12 CP students, launched a new initiative this week called Koze. They created a pop up cafe with a lovely ambience enjoyed by students and staff. This will be a regular weekly event so they can practise and develop their sustainable business skills. The profit made will go towards a community project supporting the farmers we buy the coffee from, enhancing the fair trade relationship.
Thanks
