Since 2015, the Traidhos campus has been hosting the Compass Youth Camp, organised by Compass Education. Compass Education is a leading actor in the global movement to transform learning, thinking and action by youth, educators, school leaders, and educational institutions, in order to contribute to building a flourishing and sustainable future for all.
The camp is unique in that it is designed and facilitated by Compass youth leaders for youth, and aims to help participants to be powerful and effective change-makers in their communities. • Deepen their facilitation skills.

A handful of Prem students in the past have been involved with Compass Education. Through attending the camps, and returning to facilitate, these students have developed knowledge and skills to be effective leaders for sustainable change. These students as Compass youth leaders, received the opportunity through Compass to work with other organisations such as UNESCO as workshop facilitators.
