During Tuesday’s Connections and Community period our Senior School students turned off their laptops and took a moment in the day to focus on themselves.
Our Homeroom teachers provided up to 8 different activities, ranging from a 15 minute workout to preparing and eating a nutritious snack. The students then had 20 minutes to choose and complete one of the wellbeing activities.
The response from the students was really positive and they appreciated the opportunity to prioritise their mental and physical health.
At Prem International School we see wellbeing as a key part of our learning. This session is an example of the provision we make to ensure the physical and emotional welfare of our students. It is the essential foundation upon which learning can take place.
