Boarding students learning to drive

Last Saturday, 12 March, ten boarding students went for their second session at “Safe Drive” Driving School in Mae Rim.

During the first part of the session, students learned about traffic rules and regulations in the Kingdom of Thailand. They then went on to investigate various aspects of the cars themselves, such as basic engine parts and tires.

Students then had the opportunity to drive the cars on the school’s course, each accompanied by an instructor. The students found this to be the most exciting part of the session.

We wish them luck as they venture onto the local roads next week.
