Boarding student trip to Central Festival on Monday.

Every year around this time, the farmers in Chiang Mai start burning fields and forest for their benefit, which causes a high level of air pollution. The boarding students at Prem International School are supervised and all necessary precautions are taken to protect them from the high levels of pollution. Boarding has purchased air purifiers for each boarding student’s apartment to keep them safe from the air pollution. Students were told to remain inside their apartments and were made to wear masks when they were outside.  The Director of boarding kindly organized a trip to Central Festival Mall so that the children had some time outside boarding and refreshed their minds from being in the room too much over the past few days once the AQI level was checked to ensure that it was safe for the boarders to go to the shopping mall.
