Making piñatas and celebrating our graduates: an overview of the past week in Boarding
Last Friday we all sat down in the Boarding Lounge to watch the Graduation Ceremony via livestream; it was really […]
Boarders from Grade 6 to Grade 9 were invited to help make a video for Mother’s Day in Chinese; you can access the heart-warming result here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VbNRAwVNqxNCcSMOUaAU79_Qw5E2h1LG/view?usp=sharing
Boarders also made bubble tea; they enjoyed the process of cooking and experimenting with the tapioca pearls and levels of sweetness!
We have also recently been experiencing loss of electricity due to storms; the boarders took this in their strides, playing cards with USB lamps as the only illumination while it rained and thundered outside.
Ajarn Maggie and Ajarn Song also organised a hot-pot night, which was a hit with all the boarders from Grade 6 to Grade 12! Even the Boarding nurses joined the dinner! Thank you Ajarns Maggie and Song for the delicious food!
