Boarders get fighting fit with Muay Thai at Bangarang Gym

On Saturday morning some of the juniors took the opportunity to go to Bangarang Gym for a Muay Thai session. Some had done it before and for some it was their first time. They warmed up with stretches and then faced a grueling 6 stage obstacle course which consisted of jumping, press ups and moving a massive tire, amongst other things. Then the students practiced their punching and kicking techniques. After the practice the students had the chance to practice one on one with a trainer. They were exhausted afterwards but enjoyed it.
