Those of you following the Rolling News may remember that the members of Sewing Club were working on sewing Blessing Bags for the boarding housekeeping staff. They were finished recently and they look amazing!
After a trip to Makro with Ajarn Penthai over the weekend to get stuffings for the bags, we filled them on Tuesday after school. We bought household essentials such as detergent, washing up liquid, toothpaste and toothbrushes, and treats like Ovaltine and Pocky sticks.
We all hope that Prem’s boarding housekeeping staff enjoy their gifts, a thank-you for their hard work from all of the staff and students in Boarding. Also, we would like to thank everyone in the Sewing Club for their hard work on the bags!
