Big Sister Initiative in Boarding

In the last few days, our Grade 12 students have had the opportunity to unwind and relax after an intense week of mock exams. Nonetheless, some of them have decided to take an active role in becoming role models to our younger students by reading bedtime stories and answering the numerous questions our curious young members of boarding have about life and being a young adult. A big thanks goes to Yasinee, Sacha and our Grade 8 and 9 students who volunteered to help our fantastic boarding staff with our Juniors: Nadia and Nene.

Our weekend started with a movie night and popcorn for some students and  with a fun basketball tournament for others run by our boarding assistant  Ajarn Chance.

Saturday morning the usual Study Club at the Library was followed by a Uno tournament and a football tournament for Grade 6,7,8, and 9 students.

Sunday morning began with a fitness drive with A. Sam running a HIIT fitness session, a high intensity interval training. This workout was appreciated by our boarding boys! Sunday afternoon was run by Ajarn Adam with a fun’ Crazy 8’s’ Tournament with Tarn, Gigi and Sonny.
