Continuing with the interest in cooking and baking and connection with our current UOI, we decided to use some leftover apples and bake an apple cake on Tuesday. In small groups, the children worked together to read the recipe, measure carefully, and follow each step. We used a timer to count down until the cake was finished and finally ate the yummy cake!
