Hello to our Alumni,
Wherever you are in the world, I do hope that you are able to continue to follow your dreams for your future, even though with the present climate it seems that every day brings a new challenge. It is always a joy to hear from you with your stories regarding relationships, babies, amazing job opportunities and of course your future plans.
Life does move on, quite rapidly actually – believe me, I know!!
I arrived in Thailand in 2003 and never imagined I would still be here eighteen years later! We visited Prem in 2004 and thought it was the most beautiful setting for a school where the opportunities for children were endless, both academically and socially. David and I attended the 2004 graduation as guests, and then we were asked if we would think about taking positions in the school.
As I look back over the most amazing eighteen years, I can honestly say that it was one of the best life decisions I made. I truly believe that being with children, making sure they are safe, secure and happy really changes your priorities.
As I mentioned in my last message, I will hand over the Alumni to Miss Elizabeth Hammond, who will ensure that all members feel that being part of the Prem family is very special. I am still living here on campus, so please, if you do visit, join me for a coffee and a chat.
It has been an absolute privilege and a pleasure to be part of the Prem family, and this is all down to you – the students.
I will leave you with the link to a video that really makes me smile and reminds me why I have never found anywhere else I would rather be!
