From the Heart
This week our Prem van and some of our boarding staff delivered some small gift bags to students currently staying […]
This week has seen the launch of our annual Endicott Survey conducted independently by the Endicott College Research Center, Massachusetts, USA. As part of our commitment to ongoing school enhancement, students from Grade 4 to Grade 12, Parents, Alumni, Staff and Board members are each asked to complete an anonymous survey to help identify strengths and potential areas for further improvement at Prem.
To facilitate this the Endicott Parent Survey has been offered in Korean and Thai, as well as English, whilst this year sees the introduction of Chinese and Japanese as other languages in which this survey can be completed. The annual report from the Endicott College Research Center and the Accreditation Coordinator's annual report based on the findings are published in full to parents, staff and Board members.
Prem is an accredited school, demonstrating that we meet rigorous international standards in education. We are authorized by the IBO, International Bacclaureate Organization, to offer all four IB Programmes, PYP, MYP, DP and CP, and accredited by the Office for National Educational Standards and Quality Assessment, ONESQA, the Council of International Schools, CIS, and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, NEASC.
As part of our accreditation cycle, over the next 18 months we will undertake an extensive self-study examining all aspects of the school and involving students, parents, staff and Board members. The Endicott Survey reports form this year and the longitudinal data from previous years will form an important part of this self-study.
A big thank you to all Prem community members who have already completed this year's survey. Prem Parents and Prem Alumni, if you have not completed your survey yet there is still time, the surveys will close on 31 January 2016.
