Our instrumental programme covers lots of areas, ranging from ukulele, xylophone, body percussions and drum circles to bamboo sticks and boomwhackers. We also explore the rich diversity of local instruments such as Angkalung, Khim, Slor, Sung. “Music & Movement” is also regularly incorporated into the songs we practice, encouraging students to respond to stimuli using a range of expressive forms.
Moreover, our “listening time” activities are a great way to develop listening skills and to foster creativity in their approaches to composition and performance.
The Final product of our learning culminates in our yearly Junior School concert, where our talented students display their music skills through a series of performances organized as diverse and differentiated ensemble forms.
