A Long Weekend in Boarding

Last weekend the boarding students enjoyed a relaxing and eventful long weekend. There were many activities available for students to participate in. The Grade 9 and Grade 10 students enjoyed an overnight trip to the Mok Fa waterfall, hosted by Ajarn Sarah and Ajarn Rob. The students had a wonderful time swimming under the waterfall and exploring this beautiful part of Chiang Mai.

On Saturday we welcomed all the young people from Hope House to enjoy a special pool party – this was lots of fun for all involved! A big thank you to Ajarn Rosie and Ajarn Prim for organising the event, as it was a huge success!

A chess tournament took place in Cluster 11 and many participants enjoyed the competition, and a movie night for the Grade 6 and Grade 7 boys took place on Saturday evening. The chess tournament was a lot of fun with quite a few of the boys entering and participating in earnest competition.

During the long weekend there were also trips arranged to enable students to go to the movies, go out for dinner or just socialise and shop. All students had a lovely break. We hope everyone is relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated for the remainder of this term!

Thanks to all the helpers for making it a special long weekend.
