Grade 2 cook up a storm!

Cooking up a storm in Grade 2

This week Grade 2 went to the cooking school to learn about how to follow a procedural.  We were broken into teams, which is connected to our current Unit of Inquiry (UOI) , and then were shown how to make oatmeal cookies. Afterwards, the students came back to the class and had to write their first procedural piece remembering all the materials and steps.  They made delicious cookies which they shared with their family and friends.
