Barista Course

Do you love drinking coffee? Are you considering taking up a part-time job in a café or restaurant? If so, the College Office would like to invite you to participate in ‘One-Day Barista Training’, a fun skills-training and social-learning course offered in partnership with Café Coffee Dealer in Chiang Mai.
Participants will learn how to make espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, black coffee, and iced-coffee. They will be taught about the drink’s history, the different types of beans, and other key information. By the end of the course, participants will also be able to operate a number of machines, make micro-foam, and spot bad coffee by appearance, smell, and taste.
The course will be held on Saturday February 3, 2018 and will be approximately 9 hours long. The fee is 2,500 baht, including lunch and drinks, but coffee will be free for the entire day! If you, for Grade 11-12 only, are interested registering for the course, please fill out the form and contact the College Office regarding payment.
